Alan Alper

Alan Alper has spent nearly 30 years as a journalist, analyst, and marketing communications specialist covering the technology space. As editorial director for Cognizant, a global IT, consulting, and BPO services company headquartered in Teaneck, N.J., Alper oversees corporate publication relations for the Americas, thought leadership, and online community.

Previously, Alper directed online editorial operations at Managing Automation and spent six years at Gomez, Inc., an Internet performance benchmarking/advisory services firm in Waltham, MA, where he managed content creation, licensing, and PR. Jessica Cassady

Jessica Cassady has more than 15 years of communications/public relations experience. She joined CA, Inc. in 2004 and is vice president of communications. In the late 1990's, Cassady formally entered the technology sector by helping to establish Verticalnet as a bellwether business-to-business Internet company. She later joined Hill & Knowlton providing media relations and strategic communications support for Hewlett-Packard and American Management Systems. Cassady started her public relations career at Golin/Harris working on the McDonald's account. Neil Wu Becker

Neil Wu Becker, PR Manager, Cisco

Neil Wu Becker leads PR for Cisco's data center, virtualization, cloud computing, routing/switching, and security businesses. Much of the inspiration for his PR strategies, global campaigns, and media relations approach stems from his experience at three of the nation's top-20 newspapers.
